The staff was willing to help and always had a smile.

The property's location was best possible and strategic, close to airport so super convenient. I only stayed 2 nights, though the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. I liked rooms with a king deluxe bed.

Its a "go to sleep" hotel after a long day at wherever you were.

The breakfast is not a $10/person worthy. Cold and not well prepares. Only eggs and frozen potatoes. Not worth paying it.

The Hotel smelled at cigarette. Is permitted smoking in some rooms of second floor. When I requested a change of room received a body language as not welcome. I spent 3 nights in an non-likely environment to be repeat.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags. I highly recommend it for a city break!

place is excellent for a relaxed vacation. staff is very attentive and place was very clean. pool is excellent for families with children of all ages (they are about 2 feet deep. My 2 year old daughter loved it). rooms are quite quiet and peaceful. arcade is spectacular for reliving old times with retro games. Just as a constructive criticism I would recommend that at least they put refrigerators in the rooms. I don't know if others had them, but at least ours didn't have a refrigerator. There is a microwave but only in the lobby area for the use of frozen foods. If they decided to add one per room next to the fridge it would be perfect. The restaurant prices could be more affordable. They are not as high but could be more economical to encourage guests to eat at the hotel restaurant. The four days I was there I saw the restaurant almost empty. Only as a constructive criticism would you recommend that they at least put refrigerators in the rooms. rug at room were dirty, the change the towels but never pass a vacuum. Pictures on room had some mildow. There to much noise on aile after 11:00pm. Our stay did not include breackfast and when we asked to include the can't.

The room smelled humid, the air conditioner was leaking there for great part of the carpet was soaked. The toilet was leaking too and never saw the housekeeper. The pool was dirty.

Place needs an update.

Restaurant and lounge needs to be opened later than usual.

It seemed like I could step out and dive into the local culture right away. The hotel also offers clean accommodations with a working mini-fridge, perfect for a solo traveler like me who enjoys the freedom to explore without too many restrictions, but I did notice that the pool area could use some extra attention to cleanliness.

I enjoy everything the breakfast the room I would have preferred we had dinner every day and lunch everyday because I hate going out but everything was great thank you

They only had lunch on Thursday and Friday and dinner Thursday and Friday I would have preferred if they would have it open every day but the staff was excellent they treated me with very much respect and my granddaughter

I enjoyed the overall experience . The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. I had to walk a bit to reach my room, but it was manageable. I found myself having breakfast in my room because of health regulations. I liked that it tasted good. The stay was better than I had expected.

The facilities,the access and the cleaning was great.

In the pool one family was playing with a ball and the heat me and I told the staff and they didn't care.

Location to airport

Hotel was convenient and staff was friendly but had bugs in the room and towels were not clean when we checked in. Room had an odor but not so overwhelming that we had to move. Shower water was lukewarm. Internet was good and breakfast was passable. Expected more from Howard Johnson.
